My Approach  

My work with clients involves guiding and empowering them on their journey of healing and recovery. I assist in helping my clients unravel and view their challenges from different perspectives as a way to reorganize, heal and integrate into a new way of being in the world and in relation to themselves and others. Through this process and on their own time, they become more self-aware, and in-tune with their own inner wisdom.

 

In collaboration, my work with individuals also involves helping clients identify and create more helpful coping skills so that they can manage their lives in a more effective way. I integrate the learning model to help my clients work on developing these skills and patterns in their lives. As a result of our work together, clients feel more in control of their lives and are able to cope and regulate themselves with more ease, success and confidence. Psychotherapy helps you identify the defences and coping mechanisms that have been created in the past and that are unconsciously holding you back from living the life you want to live.​
