Greetings, I'm Rosa Antunes-Casey, a Registered Psychotherapist located in Toronto. My goal is to assist you through even the most complex and challenging issues, prioritizing your well-being at all times. Having gone through my journey of development and growth, I understand how daunting it can be to take that first step towards self-improvement. It takes bravery to delve into one's inner self, personality, relationships, childhood traumas, and current or future challenges. It's a process that I approach with a client-centred perspective.

 

As a Registered Psychotherapist, I offer a supportive, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients to feel secure in their therapeutic journey. Collaboration is key in the therapeutic process, which is why I use a variety of psychotherapy modalities. My background in education has helped me develop a strong foundational understanding of emotional, mental, and physical issues, which I have enhanced through my psychotherapy education.

 

My work with adults covers a wide range of topics, including trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationships, life transitions.
